Description

This 1/48 scale zimmerit sheet correctly portrays the hand scribed small checked pattern applied to early models of the JagdPanther. We have scaled down 1/35 scale pattern without any loss of detail to fit the Tamiya kit.

The size of the checks and the number of rows are the most accurate match to photographic evidence, as well as surviving examples. The sheet also contains stencils for two sizes of national cross, two different hull numbers, spare track carriers, tow cable brackets, side skirts and spare sections to apply to fenders or other areas. Easily applied with white glue (PVA) and easily customized to depict battle damage, this set takes the stress out of applying the intricate pattern associated with the JagdPanther.

To make this model truly accurate in regards to the use of zimmerit, MR Modellbau makes conversion parts to depict an early model JagdPanther. We are not affiliated.
