Description
Designed to fit the Dragon brand model kits of the Panther A Early and Late versions. This zimmerit sets allow you to accurately depict any Panther A Early or Late version manufactured by the Daimler-Benz and M.N.H. factories.
Identified as a pattern made of up squares, the characteristics are nearly identical between the factories, making this sheet appropriate for either.
This sheet is an update of our process in that the hull piece has no opening already cut for a machine gun aperture. You will apply the piece to the model part and then cut out the shape that your model indicates, either letter box or round bulge.
Laser etched scale detail on easy to apply and modify panels makes adding zimmerit a quick and enjoyable process.
We've been able to achieve a highly realistic finish in both terms of color and scale thickness. The etched paper offers several advantages over other products: No special clippers, files or bending tools needed. No priming for paint is necessary. No special glues or epoxies are required. The zimmerit easily attaches to the primed model with ordinary white glue(PVA). No sanding to thin parts is needed. The paper is easily modified with a sharp blade to simulate battle damaged areas or specific patterns around tool mounts. This feature allows for complete customization of each tank project. Also included are several "extra" pieces for further customization of parts like fenders, exhaust shrouds, or schurzen.
