Here is a closeup of the lamp from "The Souvenir" article. This was a good instance where I was prepared to heat some thin styrene to pull over a shape to create the lamp dome. The eyeball was the perfect shape already and it saved some work and probable frustration.

I like to use eyeballs for headlamps whenever possible and here are a couple of examples.

I'll add more pages to this article as I tackle more projects. The smallest sizes make great rivets on large scale models and some of the medium sizes can be made into tables with umbrellas to populate a small scale architectural model.
